Welcome! I'm glad you're here.

Every time I meet a patient for the first time, I ask what brought them to see a Registered Dietitian. While everyone’s story is unique, often the reasons for coming are similar. Maybe your relationship with food is causing you pain, anxiety, uncertainty, or stress. Maybe you’ve heard a lot of different information about which foods are “good” and which are “bad,” leaving you confused about what you should and shouldn’t eat. Maybe you’ve followed a bunch of unsuccessful diets and each one left you feeling worse than the last. At this point, you may not be sure where to start or what to eat. I hope in coming here, you believe the same thing I do: it doesn’t have to be this way.

Whatever your goal is right now, nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian can help you meet it. However, let’s take things a step further. I don’t want to just tell you what to eat or give you yet another diet; I want to help you feel confident in your eating choices and develop a more peaceful relationship with food. Together we will sort through all the myths, fad diets, and misinformation so you can learn to confidently make nourishing and enjoyable food choices for yourself. No more rules, no more restrictions, and no more deprivation.

If that sounds better than simply following another set of arbitrary food rules, I would love to hear from you. Together we will find what works best for you based on your goals, needs, and preferences. Let’s separate food from fear.

Our office welcomes all genders, sexual orientations, races, ETHNICITIES,
religions, countries of origin, abilities, disabilities, body shapes and sizes.
